Wood, neon, acrylic. 4ft x 10 inches each. 2010.
As a recurring image I have chosen to use the little boy’s silhouette and the bowling pins to join my body of works. In this case the boy is repeated 11 times and almost all of them look the same. One has a neon target on his head just as if you were going to shoot him. But why is he in the back? Why are all of them equal? This generalizes men as if all are the same, think the same and act the same way. And if you want to get to one you have to get through all of them to get a point across. Also I made the stand for the silhouettes in the shape of a gun as a general topic and as a connection to the target.
